This is a series of six virtual team building sessions. You and your team are facilitated through an engaging online journey that will lift motivation levels and enhance performance. We explore the concept of ‘total motivation’, providing a practical toolkit that your team can apply for instant energising results.

The Totally Motivating Leaders Journey is designed to help you lift your team, creating an understanding that we are all Leaders, empowered to make a difference. The journey is perfect for business and community based teams keen to empower employees or youth leaders. Help your team to take on a stronger leadership role. This will enable you to lift your head and look at strategy and your wider horizon

Motivating for the leadership we need to succeed:

This journey builds leadership confidence in teams. We reflect on our identity as a leader. We choose to focus on people, as opposed to tasks, to inspire performance and results. The experience is designed to build accountability and ownership for the idea that we are all leaders. We clarify our role in motivating people and look at the core leadership skills and techniques that can empower us.

A journey of metamorphosis:

  • Session 1: We connect with great leaders over time and understand what inspires us to follow
  • Session 2: We consider the critical importance of motivation, and how it enables our people to deliver business results
  • Session 3: We find purpose through listening to each other and harness our unique and powerful ideas for the future
  • Session 4: We choose our game plan, and investigate our role in delegation, and in evolving the potential in our teams
  • Session 5: We play with our destiny as Leaders, getting ready to engage, and pitch our ideas for totally motivated leadership
