This 12 week healthy lifestyle programme is segmented into two 6-week modules.

The first module, Build The Right Habits, equips you with the right tools and knowledge you need to start changing your lifestyle for the better.

Module 2, Maintaining the Lifestyle, is a 6-week maintenance programme where the real fat loss happens, and where you put your knowledge and new found tools to work. This module will also help you maintain the new lifestyle you have been working on.

The first six weeks of The Low Carb Keto Lifestyle explains the theory and reasoning behind following a low carb, high fat diet.  You will also find some handy tools and recipes to empower you on this journey to better health.

On Completion of this course, you will have:

  • Get your mind clear on the difference between your goals and your journey
