In this module, we start to use our tools and knowledge from the first module to achieve our goals and really see the tangible results in our health, weight, and energy levels.
On Completion of this course, you will:

- Get clarity on the role of your metabolism and how your body burns energy
- Get your mind clear on the difference between your goals and your journey
- Understand the importance of routine and preparation
- Learn how to make the four pillars of health an integrated part of your journey
